WHISKEY SOUR
The most classic mixed drink based on spirits, citrus juice and sugar.
Ingredients
60 ml Scotch whiskey
10 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Dash egg white
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lime slice and cherrycitrus juice and sugar.

Steps
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend well.
Pour into the glass and add the slice of lime and the cherry. Serve.

A variation of the Dry Martini
Ingredients
45 ml scotch whisky
15 ml dry vermouth
Glass: Cocktail
Garnish: Twist of lime

Steps
Stir the ingredients with 4 to 5 cubes of ice and strain into the glass
Garnish with the twist of lime and serve
